Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation. Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants. Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
