Utilize the nursing process to assess,plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment,provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance withprescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologicand psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects,analyzes, and interprets data and information from health caremembers and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state inwhich the LPN will practice. Current TB or Chest X-Ray. Current BLScard.
