Qualifications:

• Education:

  High School Diploma orGED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program,required.

• Experience:

  One year of relevant experience, required

• Licensure/Certification:

  Appropriate state LPN license, required

• Additional Skills (required): Computer skills, Phone calletiquette, Organizational Skills.
