Adesire to work in a primary care setting, committed to patients andfamilies is a plus. We offer eight-hour day shifts, Monday throughFriday, with occasional evenings until 7:30pm and occasionalSaturday mornings, 8am-12pm. The office is closed on eight majorholidays, or observed holidaysIf you are looking for dynamiclearning opportunities focused on patient centered medical home andcontinual advancements all while receiving exceptional pay, then weinvite you to join our team of LPN clinical staff in our outpatientprimary care office. Training includes an orientation periodallowing you to become familiar with practice workflows. Weincorporate a nursing model with a team approach to meet the needsof the patient population.

        What you will do:

        • Therapeutic nursing interventions,inclusive of medical history and present illness
        • Care for patientsfrom newborn to geriatric age group
        • Medication and vaccineadministration upon completion of on-site training.
        • Assist withprocedures and perform point of care testing
        • Documentation usingthe EPIC electronic health record system.
        • Collaborative teamapproach: with interdisciplinary team of registered nurses, medicalassistants, and providers
        Responsibilities:
        • Ensures quality nursingcare is rendered to all patients in accordance with the New YorkNurse Practice Act, National Standards of Practice, and Nursing andClinical Service standards of care and practice.
        • Utilizing theNursing Process is involved in the provision of direct care ofpatients and families.

        Education,Training, Experience, Certification and Licensure:
        • Graduation froman accredited school for Licensed Practical Nursing and currentlicensure, or eligibility for licensure, in the State of New York.
        • Maintains current BLS/CPR.
        • Participates in orientation andcontinuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skillsrelated to specific areas of expertise.

        45Pay is based on experience, skills, and education.

        Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will bepaid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.

        The pay range may also vary within the stated range based onlocation.
