          What you will do:

          • Therapeutic nursinginterventions under the supervision and direction of the RN fordaily care, tube feeds, dressing changes and more.
          • Medicationadministration upon completion of medication course.
          • Documentationusing the EPIC system.
          • Collaborative team approach: withinterdisciplinary team of registered nurses, medical social work,care managers, nutrition, Rehab services, spiritual care andpharmacy.

          Education, Training, Experience, Certification andLicensure:
          • Graduation from an accredited school for LicensedPractical Nursing and current licensure, or eligibility forlicensure, in the State of New York.

          $23.50 – $30.45Pay is based onexperience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the FairLabor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salaryequivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also varywithin the stated range based on location.
