Responsibilities:
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LicensedPractical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care whileachieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/familysatisfaction. Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observecondition and report changes in condition. Contribute to nursingassessments and care planning. Administer medications and performstreatments per physician orders. Supervise and monitor patient careprovided by unlicensed staff.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate ofan approved school for practical or vocational nursing. Must becurrently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pendinglicensed practical nurse licensure. Must maintain current BLS/CPRcertification if employed at a skilled nursing center or asrequired by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
