RN or LPN – Continuing Care Retirement Community Piedmont Crossing 100 Hedrick Drive, Thomasville, NC 27360 This opportunity is for 2nd shift. Piedmont Crossing is a senior living community located in Davidson County in the Triad region of North Carolina. We host independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care communities and have been a top choice for retirement living for more than 35 years. Our RN’s have a love for seniors and a respect for the needs of older adults. (You should too!) They are focused on providing high-quality, direct patient care through standard healthcare practices, including administering prescribed medications and treatments, conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and helping with diagnostic tests. Registered Nurse-Home Care Under the direction of a Home Care Agency Director RN, provides home care patient care activities and accommodation services in accordance with standards, regulatory guidelines and licensure requirements. Maintains compliance with Agency policies and procedures.

Minimal Education:

Graduate of accredited school of nursing.

Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing is preferred.

Minimal Experience:

Minimum of two years work experience as a registered nurse required.

One (1) year home care experience preferred.

Other Qualifications:

Current Nursing License.

CPR certified.

Ability to function with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication, organizational and human relation skills.

$27.00 – $37.00 per hour
