Home Care Nurse (RN or LPN) PRN Jareh Healthcare, Inc Durham, NC 27703 • Hybrid work
RN Supervisor/Health Care Practitioner:
Graduate from Bachelor degree in health, business or public administration science and has at least one year of Supv or Mgmt experience in home care or other licensed health care program. Health Care Practitioner with two years of Supv or Mgmt experience in home care or any other provider license. Must have valid NC drivers license, personal transportation and a safe/clean record Good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include:
Ensure quality and safe delivery of home care services, develop plan of care for clients, conduct the admission visit and 90-day Supv visits, perform clinical documentation, verify that Infection control and safety measures are implemented, monitor client care for compliance with plan of care, supervision of home care staff, provide accurate info to client and family, adhere to company policies and procedures, participate on Quality Assurance activities.
