Description:
Observe and record patient behavior Read and interpret patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate Activities of daily living Range of motion / exercises Oral feeding Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration Assisting with ambulation Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options

Excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation Open availability (be able to work various shifts, nights or weekends) Must show compassion, empathy and have a passion for great customer service Moderate physical exertion on a regular and recurring basis. Team player who values friends and family Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test Summary As an RN/LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a structured environment, reporting directly to the nursing supervisor. Your core competencies in medication administration, patient assessment, and basic life support will be essential in ensuring patient safety and well-being. The role requires strong organizational skills and a valid RN or LPN license, along with a driver’s license for potential travel.
