RN/LPN:

As an RN or LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON) to deliver high-quality care to residents.

Responsibilities include:

Resident Care:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

Medication Management:

Administer medications safely and accurately

Supervision:

Oversee Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure compliance with care standards

Clinical Documentation:

Accurately transcribe and implement physician orders

Assessment & Monitoring:

Perform health status evaluations and notify physicians of any changes

Care Planning:

Assist with MDS assessments and individualized care planning

Requirements:
