Job Duties:
Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition andreport changes in condition. Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning. Administer medications and performs treatments per physicianorders. Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensedstaff.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical orvocational nursing. Geriatrics experience is required Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pendinglicensed practical nurse licensure. Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at askilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice ifan assisted living facility.
