Staff LPN/RN Weekdays, No Call 2.6 2.6 out of 5 stars 2005 Shannon Gray Court, Jamestown, NC 27282 Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our amazing healthcare team. The LPN/RN will provide essential nursing care to patients in a long term care setting. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals. Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status. Provide emergency medical assistance as needed. Educate patients and their families on health management and care plan Supervision and direction of unlicensed assistive personnel. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient/family interaction. Ability to teach patients about their health conditions and treatment plans. Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on empathy and support. TEAM oriented with a desire to uplift others. Dependability is a MUST.
