We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our highly motivated, results-driven team at our Charlotte office. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside leading reproductive specialists and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families. Position Summary The LPN plays a vital role in delivering high-quality care and clinical support to patients undergoing fertility treatment. Responsibilities include patient assessments (e.g., vital signs, medical history), assisting physicians with in-office procedures, administering medications and injections, and supporting accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system. The LPN will also collaborate with the front desk and clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow and schedule adherence. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, patient histories, and injections Assist physicians with in-office procedures and examinations Maintain accurate and timely charting in the EMR system Perform phlebotomy and prepare specimens for lab processing Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, OSHA/HIPAA regulations, and infection control standards Coordinate patient flow and assist with clinical scheduling to reduce delays Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to support optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Valid North Carolina LPN License (Required) Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a physician office or outpatient setting; women’s health or reproductive medicine experience strongly preferred Proficient in phlebotomy and all standard LPN clinical skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite; minimum 25 WPM typing speed Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Availability to work some Saturdays and holidays as part of a rotating schedule Schedule & Benefits Full-time, onsite role: Monday through Friday (40 hours/week), with rotating Saturdays and holidays Competitive pay commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life and long-term disability insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) plan with company contribution To Apply Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and interest in fertility healthcare.
