Specialized Care:
Follow care plans from physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
Medication Administration:
Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion.
Documentation:
Record all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately.
Education:
Teach patients and families about disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies. Qualifications Active North Carolina or Compact LPN or RN License in good standing (required). Previous pediatric, home health, or public health experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
