The Judge Group has openings for LPNs to join our client’s team in Charlotte, NC! Up to $10k Sign-On Bonus available! This job will have the following responsibilities: Assist RNs and rest of team with the planning and implementing of patient care. Participate in patient health assessments by determining care needs based on interpretation of tests and data.
Perform following responsibilities:
documentation of patient observations, treatments, patient response to treatment and nursing care utilizing the nursing process, participates actively in treatment and assisting with procedures. Assists with the care plan by providing data and identifying potential goals and intervention for review by the RN. Implements the plan under the RN’s supervision. Communicates with clinical staff on the status of a patient. Organizes workload and prioritizes responsibilities to ensure quality patient care is delivered in a time efficient manner. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing. Current LPN licensure or temporary license as a licensed practical nurse petitioner. Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) from AHA. Work requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds when handling patients, medical equipment and supplies.
