School Individual Care Nurse needed for adolescent female

Pay:

RN:

$40.75 per hour; Overtime Opportunity available

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday , Thursday and Friday 6:30AM-4

PM Location :

Ride transportation to from and from school

Duties:

Provide G-Tube Feedings and Trach care, Administer medication, and Provide total care with ADL’s.

Off Wednesdays Job Requirements:

Must have at least one year of LPN experience within the last 3 years -or- RN with at least one year of experience within the last 3 years Will consider New Grad RN’s with this experience as an LPN Must have CPR Certification (no online courses) Must have experience with G-Tube Feedings Must have experience with Trach Care Responsibilities Provide individualized nursing care to student, including medication administration, trach care and tube feeding. Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health. Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide feedback on input on the care planning. Maintain accurate charting and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Administer basic life support and respond to emergencies as needed. Report care duties to parent/ guardian at hand off.
