Job Description :
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LicensedPractical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care team. The ideal candidate willhave a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and will be responsiblefor delivering nursing services to our residents in accordance with establishedstandards and practices.
Responsibilities :
+ Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities. + Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. + Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure continuity of care. + Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications :
