RN/LPN Employee Health Position Available In Nash, North Carolina

Description:

Join our Employee Health team and make a direct impact on the well-being of our workforce. This role provides essential healthcare services to employees, volunteers, and physicians, ensuring their health and safety. Responsibilities include conducting pre-employment and annual health assessments, administering immunizations, and offering health and safety counseling. You’ll also be responsible for administering drug tests and supporting the Workers’ Compensation program in collaboration with People Services. This role requires effective coordination with various departments to maintain a safe work environment and manage employee return-to-work programs for both occupational and non-occupational injuries.

Qualifications:

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Additional requirements include:

Basic Life Support certification is required or obtained within the first week of hire. ACLS is required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred.
