How You Will Make a Difference Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients andresidents maintaining the highest degree of quality andcompassionate care. Supervision of day-to-day activities performed by assignednursing assistants Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards,guidelines and regulations and as required by Director ofNursing. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply withthe written policies and procedures established by thefacility.
What You Need To Make a Difference Possess and Active LPN license in the state of residence Current/active CPR Certification Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellentorganizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinateand simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level ofquality and productivity. Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills withthe ability to maintain confidentiality.
