Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a physician. Administer medications and treatments including immunizations as prescribed, documenting accurately. Monitor and assess patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, reporting changes to the nursing staff. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including electronic health records (EHR). Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients. Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in the State of North Carolina. Prior experience in health care setting, preferably in a pediatric environment. Current BLS/CPR certification. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care. Additional Information Work schedule is 4 1/2 days weekly 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and will have to rotate after hours
