Monarch NC, a provider of high-quality and trauma-informed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Crisis team in Lumberton, NC.

Work Schedule:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday = 7 PM
- 7 AM Week 2: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday = 7 PM
- 7 AMAs a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect services, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, to individuals in need of crisis assessment, injection clinic, or outpatient services.
You will perform clinical intakes with individuals requesting services, coordinate with screening/referral and individuals to ensure continuity of care. You will also schedule individuals for crisis and assessment services and triage individuals who present with emergent medical and/or psychiatric problems.
- To qualify, candidates must have the following:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s degree in Nursing is preferred
- Candidates must be a North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- At least 2 years of experience working in Behavioral Health.
