FT LPN Correctional Nurse Schedule:

• 12 hr Day Shift Rotation, 5a
• 5:30p with AlternatingWeekends
• Sign-on & Retention Bonus

• Qualifications:

• We are looking for a responsible licensed caregiver to utilize their nursing skills for a diverse patient group
• You will deliver patient care, review data collection, establishnursing plans and work under the boundaries of State Scope ofPractice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s).
• Outsideservice referrals, following established treatment plans, andworking with the Providers will be a key part of your position aswell.
• Monitoring patient progress and working with the Providerswill round out a quality health care program performed on-site
• one you can be proud to be a part of.
• You should have competencein performing emergency intervention, physical assessment, criticalthinking, and documentation skills.
