Under the direction of a Registered Nurse(RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effectivenursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes andpatient/family satisfaction. Position Highlights Evaluatepatients/residents to collect data, observe condition and reportchanges in condition. Contribute to nursing assessments and careplanning. Administer medications and performs treatments perphysician orders. Supervise and monitor patient care provided byunlicensed staff.

Qualifications:

Must bea graduate of an approved school for practical or vocationalnursing. Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pendinglicensed practical nurse licensure. Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at askilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice ifan assisted living facility.
