Underthe direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed PracticalNurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achievingpositive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights Evaluate patients/residents to collect data,observe condition and report changes in condition. Contribute tonursing assessments and care planning. Administer medications andperforms treatments per physician orders. Supervise and monitorpatient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an approved school forpractical or vocational nursing. Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pendinglicensed practical nurse licensure. Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at askilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice ifan assisted living facility.
