Maintain accurate patient records using eClinicalWorks software. Participate in sterile processing of medical instruments and equipment. Support patients with their nutritional needs, ensuring proper aliment intake. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Lift and transfer patients safely, adhering to proper body mechanics. Skills Proficient in using eClinicalWorks for electronic health records management. Knowledgeable in catheter care and catheterization techniques. Familiarity with sterile processing protocols within a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of geriatric care principles and practices. Ability to perform laboratory tests as required by the healthcare facility.
