Travel LPN LTC Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including but not limited to urgent care, memory care, and outpatient clinics. LPN LTC:
Genie Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced LPN LTC to fill an opening place located in Westmoreland, NH for $46.54/hr. (Taxed+ nontaxed) Requirements of the
LPN LTC:
- Must have AHA BLS certification
- Must have a valid state NH LPN License or Compact license.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an

Responsibilities of LPN LTC:
Shift:
12-hour Variable 48 hours/week. 4
- 12 13-week contract Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team. Assist with patient assessments and document medical histories accurately. Provide care for patients requiring specialized attention, such as infant care or catheter care. Support discharge planning by educating patients and families on post-care instructions. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans. Assist in the management of durable medical equipment (DME) as needed. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Skills Proficient in medical documentation practices to ensure accurate patient records. Experience or knowledge in areas such as ICU, urgent care, cardiac catheterization, and ophthalmology is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members. Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Familiarity with discharge planning processes to facilitate smooth transitions for patients post-treatment. Attention to detail in monitoring patient conditions and administering treatments safely.
