Overview:
ExecuSource is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a dynamic healthcare team. This role involves delivering basic nursing care to a diverse patient population under the supervision of physicians and mid-level providers. The ideal candidate will be an integral team player with a strong commitment to quality care and patient advocacy.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and support under provider supervision
Greet and prepare patients for exams; collect and record vital signs and medical histories
Administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, intramuscular) and document appropriately
Perform phlebotomy and ensure lab documentation and follow-up is complete
Maintain and stock exam rooms, labs, and storage areas
Clean and sterilize instruments and procedure packs
Assist in procedures and act as a chaperone when needed
Follow up with patients on lab results and coordinate with providers
Participate in health center meetings and community clinics (e.g., Immunizations, BP checks)
Maintain accurate, timely documentation within EMR system
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and agency policies
Requirements:
Experience & Education:
1-2 years of LPN experience preferred
Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Licenses/Certifications:
Active LPN license in New Hampshire (or eligibility)
Current BLS Certification
Skills & Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
Competent in EMR systems and clinical procedures
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of patient care needs across lifespan demographics
Work Environment:
Clinical setting with regular patient interaction
Frequent standing, walking, and use of medical/office equipment
May require lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
