• Required:

• Active LPN NH State License or Compact
• BLS•DL Copy• As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care in various healthcare settings.

Your expertise will contribute to the well-being and recovery of patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.

• Duties
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
• Assist in patient examinations and procedures, including cardiac catheterization and botulinum toxin treatments
• Provide direct patient care, including dementia care, pediatrics, and primary care
• Utilize Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems for documentation
• Maintain aseptic techniques during procedures and treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Skills
• Proficiency in dementia care, botulinum toxin treatment, cardiac catheterization, and primary care
• Experience with Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques for infection control
• Excellent patient care skills with a focus on compassion and empathy
• Ability to work effectively in various healthcare settings such as clinics or pediatric units
