- and part-time RNs and LPNs to lead the frontline nursing staff and deliver excellent patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an environment of resident-focused care, defining standards for quality resident care, training new staff and providing leadership to our nursing team. The successful candidate will report to the Assisted Living Administrator and Director of Nursing in administrative and clinical supervision. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- dispensing medication,
- administering treatments,
- documentation,
- performing evaluations and reporting health status changes,
- monitoring care given by other members of the nursing team.
This role participates as a member of the interdisciplinary care team and demonstrates computer competency as evidenced by documentation using MatrixCare software for all resident care assessments, care plans and progress notes. The candidate must hold or be eligible to hold an LPN or RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
