welcome to apply! Evergreen Place is a 52 bed licensed supported assisted living community with a low stress level. Most residents are independent and need assistance with Activities of Daily Living. Some of the Nurse’s duties include medication management, liaise with families and other medical providers. We know the integral part you play in our residents support system. You have to be a critical thinker, problem solver and perceptive of resident needs, even unspoken ones. Evergreen Place thrives on respect between all employees and residents.

You need to have:

Current applicable NH nursing license Some experience in a senior care setting or a desire to work in a senior care setting Ability to manage LNAs Sense of humor, wear many hats and read minds These positions offer hourly wage(s) and shift differentials based on experience. Just graduated? We will train you. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents. Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations. Utilize EHR systems to document patient information and care plans accurately. Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident care and support their needs. Monitor vital signs, respond to medical emergencies, apply BLS when necessary. Assist in training and mentoring other nursing staff and support staff in best practices.
