The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including assisted living facilities, urgent care centers, and trauma centers. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients’ health and well-being through effective nursing practices and patient advocacy. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team Assist with pain management strategies to enhance patient comfort Provide memory care for patients with cognitive impairments Collaborate with healthcare professionals in discharge planning for patients transitioning from care Conduct IV infusions and manage medical imaging procedures as needed Deliver compassionate care to patients in assisted living environments Support urgent care operations by triaging patients and assisting with procedures Skills Proficient in pain management techniques and strategies Experience or training in memory care practices Knowledge of assisted living protocols and standards Skilled in IV infusion administration and monitoring Familiarity with Level I Trauma Center operations and protocols Competence in medical imaging processes and technologies Strong interpersonal skills to provide empathetic patient care Ability to effectively participate in discharge planning processes Experience using Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals committed to providing exceptional patient care.
