Full Time openings onevenings 2p-10p and Overnights 10p-6a!
LPNs:
$34-38/
HRRNs:

Responsibilities Accurately assesses, communicates, anddocuments residents status. Observes and reports any significantchanges in resident behavior and health to the Resident CareDirector, physician, family, RCAs, and Executive Director per stateregulations. Directs and supervises the daily work assignments ofthe Resident Care Assistants. Closely mentors, guides, and directsthe Lead Resident Care Assistants in all aspects of their job.
Coordinates care needs with community providers via an effectivecase management process. Effectively balances service demands withsupporting resident independence. Recognizes and assists in theprevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation (financial andother) and reports to appropriate sources per state regulations.
Responds to emergencies and personal emergency response system andknows when to call for backup.
