LPN-LTC | $2100/week Lifeline Healthcare Professionals Peterborough, NH Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including nursing homes, acute care facilities, and home community care. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care while promoting their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Perform tube feeding and catheterization procedures as required. Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse. Assist with acute pain management strategies for patients in need. Provide care in various settings, including nursing homes, acute care facilities, and hospice care environments. Requirements 2+ year of experience as an LPN•Required BLS (AHA)•Required LPN License NH/Compact State•
