Responsibilities:

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN),the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effectivenursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes andpatient/family satisfaction.

• Evaluate patients/residents tocollect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administermedications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an approved school forpractical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by theState Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurselicensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employedat a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practiceif an assisted living facility.

USD $36.00 – USD $39.50 /Hr.
