LNA Digitive LLC Franklin, NH 03235

LNA (Locals only)
Location:
Franklin, NH Shift Time:
3:00 PM to 11:00
PM Guaranteed Hours:
37 hours per week
Contract :
14 weeks with possible extensions
Job Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in a rehabilitation setting.
License & Certification:
Valid LNA License. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and basic life support as needed. Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize EMR and EHR systems to document patient information and care plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient service and support. Engage with patients, including those with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer’s, to enhance their comfort and well-being. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve care practices and skills.
