What You’ll Do:

Follow a tailored care plan specific to the client’s needs Assist with hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities Monitor vital signs and manage medications Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition Document care thoroughly and communicate with the care team and family

What You Bring:
