Your Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on care based on a personalized plan Monitor vital signs and administer prescribed medications Assist with personal care routines including hygiene and mobility Record accurate clinical notes and health updates Observe for any changes in condition and report as necessary Maintain regular communication with family and healthcare providers
What You’ll Need:
Active RN or LPN license in New Jersey Experience in home health or adult care is a plus (training available) Reliable, detail-oriented, and confident working solo Compassionate, professional, and strong in clinical decision-making Able to commit to a consistent, part-time schedule
