$45/hour (LPN) | $53/hour (RN) Provide Peace of Mind Through the Night Looking for a nursing opportunity that’s both meaningful and manageable? 1st Americare is hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide overnight care for a client in Midland Park, NJ. This part-time role offers the chance to deliver focused, one-on-one care in a quiet home setting—perfect for nurses who prefer a calm environment where their expertise makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow a detailed care plan to support the client throughout the night Monitor vital signs and assist with repositioning and hygiene needs Administer medications and manage clinical devices (trach, G-tube, ventilator) Observe and record any changes in condition Promote safety, comfort, and rest during overnight hours Maintain communication with the family and healthcare team

Qualifications:

Current RN or LPN license in New Jersey Previous experience with complex medical needs is helpful (training provided) Comfortable working independently and managing overnight care Reliable, compassionate, and clinically skilled Available for both scheduled shifts
