Are you a nurse looking for a slower paced, more meaningful way to provide care? 1st Americare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a pediatric client during weekend day shifts in Oakland, NJ. This is your opportunity to provide one-on-one nursing in a child’s home—where your time, attention, and skill can make a lasting impact.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Administering medications and treatments as outlined in the care plan Monitoring vitals and watching for changes in condition Managing and operating medical devices with care and accuracy Assisting with daily care routines and physical support Communicating effectively with the family and healthcare team Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation

Who We’re Looking For:

A licensed RN or LPN in New Jersey Experience with pediatric or home care preferred (training available) Someone dependable, caring, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and think critically Available for both Saturday and Sunday 12-hour shifts
