Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturdays and Sunday 9pm to 7am Make a Real Difference with One-on-One Care 1st Americare is looking for a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated care to a pediatric patient in the comfort of their home.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Administering medications and following the physician-directed care plan Monitoring patient condition and documenting vital signs Managing and operating home-based medical equipment Assisting with mobility, hygiene, and daily activities Communicating with the patient’s family and the broader care team Maintaining detailed and timely records of care

Who We’re Looking For:

A currently licensed RN or LPN in the state of New Jersey Confident working independently with sound clinical judgment Compassionate, detail-oriented, and dependable Strong communication and teamwork skills
