Travel Travel LPN Fusion Medical Staffing Facility in Camden, MEJob Details Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled LicensedPractical Nurse for a 1 week travel assignment in Camden, ME. Oneyear of recent experience as an LPN Valid LPN license in compliancewith state regulations Other certifications may be requireddepending on facility requirements A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)provides hands-on nursing care to residents and/or patients,ensuring their medical and daily living needs are met withcompassion and efficiency. LPNs monitor patient conditions,administer medications, assist with treatments, and collaboratewith the healthcare team to promote residents’ overall health andwell-being. Provide bedside care to patients and assist withpersonal hygiene and activities of daily living Assist with woundcare, catheter management, and other skilled nursing proceduresAdminister prescribed medications and treatments and treatmentsfollowing facility policies, and state nursing regulations Documentcare provided and resident status accurately and in a timely mannerCollaborate with RNs, CNAs, and healthcare providers to develop andfollow individualized care plans Educate residents and familiesabout medications, treatments, and disease management Supportresidents’ emotional well-being, providing compassionate care andmeaningful interactions Supervise CNAs and other support staff,delegating tasks appropriately Recognize and report changes inpatient condition to RNs and healthcare provider team Respond toemergencies and implement appropriate interventions within the LPNscope of practice The ability to read, write, & communicate in theEnglish language is required Physical Abilities – Remain in astationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs),pushing, pulling, bending Technical/Motor Skills – Ability tograsp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move aboutwhen assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.

Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as wellas working without assistance from other personnel. Sensory -Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate.
