Qualifications:

Valid LPN license. Ability to work rotating weekend shifts. Previous experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

LPN job duties and responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing medical equipment. Assess and evaluate resident needs. Document accurate and thorough medical records. Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team to provide updates, address concerns, and coordinate care.
