$35-$36 per hour Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities Manage and accurately order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment . Provide personalized care in alignment with each resident’s individualized care plan. Perform nursing procedures, including wound care, treatments, and other essential duties . Maintain thorough and precise documentation of resident observations and care outcomes. Uphold resident privacy and confidentiality , adhering to HIPAA standards. Qualifications Current and valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey. Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care is preferred but not required.
