Staff BAYADA at Inspira Home Health is currentlyseeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse, for a full-timeopportunity performing home health visits for our Gloucester Countyoffice, located in West Deptford, NJ. This office services clientson a per visit basis in territories throughout Gloucester County,NJ. As a home care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be anintegral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team thatprovides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients,affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care requiredto remain at home. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities:

• Making home visits to clients living in designated territories.
• Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication,wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitoring clients’conditions; reporting changes to Clinical Manager and ClientServices Manager.
• Following up with, executing, and properlydocumenting doctors’ orders.
• Performing client assessments asnecessary.
• Case management and coordination.
• Accuratelydocument observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining toclient care management and services provided, utilizing electronicmedical records on a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

Qualifications of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• A currentlicense as a Licensed Practice Nurse in the state of NJ.
• Aminimum of one year of recent, verifiable experience as an LPN.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, asindicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Prior home careexperience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Ability to workindependently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonalskills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronicmedical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases asassigned.

Additional Information:

Base Pay, depending uponqualifications and subject to negotiation: $34
