Patient:

This young boy brings joy and laughter to his warm and welcoming home. He has eyes that will melt your heart! He is currently in Weisman Rehab and expected to be discharged back to home early June. This is a great opportunity for any nurse who wants to learn the skills to take care of a trach patient! Mom, sister and some of his current nurses are learning together! Weisman and Newborn Nurses will help support and train you!

Equipment/Care:

Trach, G Tube, Wheelchair, Pulse Ox, Suction, O2, BiPAP, Smart Vest, etc.

Shifts Available:

Monday-Sunday’s:

7:00 PM – 7:00

AM Monday-Sunday’s:

7:00 AM – 7:00 PM •Pending Hospital Discharge Date•Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to a 13-year-old male patient. Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health. Maintain accurate electronic records and communicate effectively with healthcare team members. Implement basic life support measures and manage airway as required.
