• $64,709.01 Under the direction of the attending physician, RN, LeadLPN or practice coordinator, the LPN will provide direct patientcare and assist in the following clinical functions to allproviders This clinic is located in Hudson NY Salary range:$24.50/hr.
• $28.76/hr. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Obtain and accurately record patient’s vital signs
• Documentscomponents of patient’s history
• Communicates in an open andappropriate manner with patients, visitors and staff
• Participatesin in-office procedures under the direction and supervision of alicensed healthcare provider
• Performs diagnostic CLIA waivedtesting
• Performs venipuncture to obtain blood for lab testing
• Prescription call-backs per scope of practice
• Preps patient’schart for pertinent clinical information
• Maintains inventory ofsupplies, and keeps patient examination rooms stocked
• Adheres toAMC’s regulatory compliance issues Qualifications
• High SchoolDiploma/G.E.D.
• required
• Previous experience in a patient caresetting
• preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond toquestions from physicians, patients and their family members orother employees within the work setting.
