1st Americare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide personalized evening care to a 27-year-old client in Princeton, NJ. This position offers the chance to work one-on-one in a peaceful home environment where your presence truly makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver care according to an individualized health plan Administer medications and manage PEG-tube care Monitor the client’s condition and report any concerns Support evening routines including hygiene and mobility Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate effectively with the client’s family and care team

Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN license in New Jersey Experience in home or adult care preferred (training provided) Strong sense of responsibility and independent decision-making Compassionate, respectful, and professional demeanor Availability for Monday and Tuesday evening shifts
