This part-time opportunity allows you to focus on delivering personalized care while forming a genuine connection with the patient and their family.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Following a customized care plan tailored to the patient’s needs Administering medications and overseeing treatments Monitoring and documenting health status and any changes Supporting activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Collaborating with the family and communicating with the clinical team

What We’re Looking For:

Active RN or LPN license in New Jersey Prior home health or pediatric care experience is a plus Dependable, compassionate, and confident working independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care Availability for both Saturday and Sunday shifts
