Resources LPN Responsibilities:
Provide resident care in accordance with nursing best practices and the written plan of care Follow care plans designed by the Nurse Manager Administer medications and perform treatments as per the plan of care Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes Maintain accurate documentation according to physician orders
