Wednesday/Friday 4pm-12am, Every other Saturday 8am-3pm Focused Care in a Peaceful Setting Looking to transition away from the fast pace of hospitals or clinics? 1st Americare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide personalized evening care to one adult client in Hanover, NJ. This is a great opportunity to work in a quieter, more controlled environment where your time and attention are truly appreciated. The home has a Hoyer lift.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide care based on an individualized plan Monitor vital signs and administer prescribed medications Assist with evening hygiene and mobility routines Observe and report changes in the client’s condition Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation Communicate with the client’s family and healthcare providers as needed Peg Tube Oxygen as needed Fully dependent

Ideal Candidate:

Holds a valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey Has prior home care or adult care experience (or is willing to learn) Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Available for all scheduled evening shifts/every other
